Definately. Bittornado is just the new name for Shadow's client. All the goodness of previous shadow client versions are also in Bittornado.

From the (pretty short) testing I've done, I get much better speeds with Shadows old client instead of BitTornado, Can anyone verify this as I'd like to use new, hot and sexy tech but not at the cost of speed.

dont look at the k/s that its downloading at, look at the time it takes to fully complete the download, the k/s is pointless if when it gets to the end it cant find a piece that it needs easily. tornado's latest upload speed limiting code is also a lot smoother at sending data so it wont flood your upstream on your dsl quite so hard at the same speed.
