I'm a fan of the series and the manga. The manga is superbly scanlated by The Hawks at www.thehawks.org, whom are currently up to volume 26 (the series ended around volume 12). Also, Dark Horse is translating and selling the manga in the U.S. now so I recommend also buying from them.

it is a very disturbing anime imho much like violence jack and devil man
violence is all that it is good at and it does it in a gruesome way
u can get them at boxtorrents.com but be warned that leechers get banned often
