I'm currently dowloading an old torrent that only has one seeder, but that seeder doesn't appear to be seeding anything. According to my advanced window, the seed is constantly "snubbed" and often "optimistic unchoke" and "choked". The seed, for almost a day now, has the same ip address and never uploads to me. I also believe the seed uploads to no one else because no new seeds are popping up and everyone is near the same percentage level as me.
I know nothing can be done about this, but I'm curious as to why such a seed would exist. Are these common or is this situation just specific and nobody knows what it is

I've delt with some torrent like that. All you can do is ask for a reseed.
