At work, we have DSL Ultra (300 some odd k/s download, 80k up). Well, when I run the client, it downloads at the max speed almost always.

Problem is that nobody else can use the internet when BitTorrent is running.

The latest version of BitTornado has that feature, it's accessible in the Advanced window, or you can set a default value in Prefs.
