1. d/l.
2. install.
3a. port forward desired port. (only need if you are behind router/firewall)
3b. set the Bittornado's port to use the same port.
4. d/l a .torrent file.
5. double click it.
6. set filename and its destination.
7. good luck n enjoy.

and when you've downlaoded everything....UPLOAD!
(meaning just leave the program running till you have uplaoded some)

Don't just end the program. Cause your download speed relies on others uploading, aswell as you might risk being banned from a tracker/site.
