 Post subject: Kilo bits or kilo bytes?

Are those upload rate in the main windows in Kilo bits or kilo bytes?? i assume it is in kilo bytes due to the upper case, am I correct?

i have a 384/128 kbps DSL = 43kBs/12kBs, I might set the upload rate to 10kBs is this recommended?

Help me please and thanks.

Yup. Uppercase B = bytes. 10 to 13 is about the best it'll get. Try the automatic setting.
