ok I finally have a green light after a lot of work and frustation but have yet to see any improvement. my download rate have yet to go above 12 kb/s. can anyone share on how fast their rate is so I can see if mine is fast or normal thanx

wel, 12kbit/s isn't really fast. i can go around 110kb/s, but not all the time, now it's just 30kb/s.
are you sure you aren't floading your uploadrate? be sure to set it to around 80% of your maximum..... or set it to automatic, that could help.

I have a 3mbit line, so I can go 360kb/s, but I usually get half of that.
