is it bad when my down load is 9kB/s and my upload is 37? is there anything i can do about it.

Turn down the upload to 20 or so. Since the Download relys on some of the upload bandwidth to download quickly and 37 seems like the max for your upload. So what you are doing is strangling the download speed.

Sorry if it is lame man's terms ;)

Btw i think this isnt the right place to post this thread ;)
