I'm a noob. I just started using the client, and I'm already uploading. Does it mean it is uploading stuff from my computer (I don't think so), or is it re-uploading to other users the part of the file that I've already download, or is it just using my bandwith for something else? Thx |

It is uploading parts of the file you are downloading to any "peers" that need those parts of the file. |

Correct, DCI. BitTorrent only uploads data that is part of the file or set of files you are downloading. Nothing else on your computer is accessed. |
