Post subject: Use small buffer send?

Is it possible like in dc, to use this kind of setting? Becasue my upload rate decrease the downloadspeed just a bit to much. I have 8/1 mbit, and if I upload at max cappacity, like 80kbs, I can't dl faster then 120kb/s, and without any upload I can dl abput 850kb/s as fastest. But I just have to decrease the max uploadspeed vith 2 kb/s, and I gain like 10kb/s in dowload speed. In DC (++/oDc....) theres en option wich helps, "Use small buffer send", then I can dl faster at the same time I'm uploading as my fastest (I don't dl at max speed but much faster then via BT clients). Is there any simular option in bittornado? if not, maybe it could be something good in the future ;)

well, hope you understand and thanks at advance!
