Hi, I was just wondering if there was a featue in Bit Tornado to do this, or if someone might be able to direct me to a freeware proggie I can do it with. I searched around looking for the answer, so I feel a bit foolish asking, but any enlightenment could help.

In the source distribution of bittornado is a creation tool included, but you also need to install python and wxpython. There is another more advanced tool available from the author of burst. It has more functions and comes with an installer. http://krypt.dyndns.org:81/torrent/maketorrent/
