what does seeder and super-seeder do? what is a seed?
A seed or seeder is someone who has the whole file and only uploads to other people, so you will become a seed once you complete download.
Super-seed is a way to make the FIRST seed use less bandwith to disribute the file, that is acomplished by pretending to not have the complete file but only the parts or rather a specific part wich was not yet uploaded to someone else. In normal mode the downloading client says wich part it wants(rare parts are downloaded first in any case), superseed is a way to override that so the uploader says wich part should be uploaded next. And since the uploader knows wich parts are already out there it only has to upload each part of the file once, idealy.
So this only makes sense for the initial seeder, do not ever use this unless you are the guy distributing the file.
