Does any of you have any reaction re: this subject ???
Have you guys heard about team p2p-community in the folding@home project?
This is a team aimed at proving that p2p users are not just mass downloaders and supposedly mass copyright rapists and can share more than just files.
In short, team p2p-community is a team of the folding@home project where members make use of the unused CPU power of their computers (which is a massive amount of power when you know that bittornado uses only a few % of the CPU power) to process scientific calculations.
Well this is only a short description. More details can be found on the official website of folding@home
http://www.stanford.edu/group/pandegroup/folding/ and on the team's website
http://www.p2p-community.com/index.php?lang=EN
Help us create the world's first p2p team!
Folding.
And another thing. Inside the team you can create a "mini-team" (called a "genomette") to represent your company, website...
We already have a French torrent forum as a mini-team... What about a degreez.net miniteam ???
