I have huge problems downloading a specific torrent which in the end always is interrupted with '[Errno28] No space left on device'. I'll soon be crazy. I've tried re-download several times through other trackers.

Anyhow - I have lot of space on my hardisk.

Help!!! :(

How large is your file size and what is your file system?

Filesize is 4464,57 Mb.

OS Win XP Home Edition. Disk file system is FAT32.

FAT32 has a max file size limit of 4GB. Convert your file system to NTFS with this command:
convert c: /FS:NTFS /V

this is assuming you're converting c:

C:\ is NTFS, I'm downloading my file to en extended drive d:\ which is FAT32. Is it really needed to do this? Any other way?

There is no other way. Once you hit the limit on file size for FAT32, you cannot exceed it and have to save to another file system capable of saving files larger than that limit.
