Visit www.dslreports.com/stest and test your speed with at least 2 different test sites. Write down the highest upload speed. Multiple that upload speed by 0.75 and then divide the result by 8. The number you get as a result is what you would use for your upstream max in BitTornado. For example, if the highest upstream on your speed tests was 240 kilobits per second, you would take 240 and multiply it by 0.75 to get 180 and then divide 180 by 8 to get 22 kilobytes per second as an upstream limit to try.
