Hey Shadow,

I was thinking it would be nice if your client could have a command line switch to auto die when a certain number of peers have completed the file and are now seeding. I mean, right now you have the ability to auto-kill when your share ratio has reached to a certain %. I think it would be VERY useful for those of us who do initial seeding on files if we could set our client to disconnect when 5, 10, 15 or however many seeders are on the torrent. It seems like this could be easily implemented. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

And how exactly do you auto-kill when a certain ratio is reached (in BitTornado, I mean)?

Sorry but it goes against the purpose of Torrents. Since general people will probably abuse this feature.

WaveOfFire:

There is NO more posibility of abuse than the ability to auto die when done, which AFAIK is a feature of BitTornado. If you really understood what I said, you would see that this really cant be abused. It's only a feature that "initial seeders" would find useful: to be able to have their client stop seeding a torrent when other people in the swarm completed the file and started seeding.

Yeah I know Azureus has it, but I'd like to see it in BitTornado, simply becuase its faster and more versatile (think linux command line).
