how on earth do i set a max download speed on bittornado?? I have gone into prefs and set it there and saved it and restarted BT, but yet it stil persists to download at my connections full speed. Other people use the internet in my house so i wanna set max dl speed to about 60kb/s so they can actually use it! any help? |
