what is the best way to reseed a torrent? is there anyway to seed 1 person that is about done so that will turn him into a seeder also

Just run the client in super-seed mode, it'll reseed pretty quickly.

The way I do it like when I create a torrent file for download and start getting new seeders I leave it and if I see a post asking for a seeder I just re click on the file and save it to my existing file and it shows download complete and I start seeding.. Hope this was of any help
