i think every BT client maker out there has this feature on his todo list but it's not that easy to implement, take a look at the sticky thread right above this thread

I could careless about download being so much higher then ul, it's all bs imho. stupid corporation, they just want to control us like we're sheeps.
It's like you can fly to china but when you come back, you gotta get on a turtle's back and take all the time in the world to do so.

It would alow surfing at some toerable speed for one. For me i need it so i can play an online game at the same time ...god forbid
