 Post subject: Who's banned?

Hmmm, checked the advanced button in bittornado today, getting quite surprised when i saw "banned" under the upload slot after an ip today. Question is, is it me that is banned, or is the guy with that ip banned? If I im banned, why? I usually have a share rating of 3-15(I have the upload rate on unlimited). I have not seeded anything yet, but thats because I have yet to dl a file. Anyone have a answer?

It's the guy with the IP that's banned from getting from you and sending to you because of too much bad data being sent your way.
