BitTornado rocks. Simple yet effective. Easy to access and view things without too many menus. Upload speeds always accessible (which I use the most). Been using it for a couple years now and seems rock solid now. However, if you want more interactivity like detailed graphs, tables, or network analysis, then might want to try one of those bigger client programs. Personally I don't like Java programs (I used to program Java) because they're just slow compared to other langauges *cough* C *cough* but perfect for networking, however frostwire seems to work great for me so I guess you could try out Azureus if you're considering it.

BitTornado is great if you want something simple with some basic features but if you need more features then you might want to try something else. Currently I'm starting to need more advanced features and considering switching to something else, so just wanted to say thank you.

Keep up the good work! 8)

It just means one of the pieces of the file you downloaded was corrupt. It will redownload it though, so nothing to worry about, unless you get a lot (like hundreds).
