Is this a hostile or "less then friendly" behavior?
if you consider it as such, could it have anything to do with the current status of the peer, and bandwidth currently used or available?
also, keep in mind when evaluating that there are "hacked" versions of all clients (including bitcomet) available, as are "so called" patches that modify how the client behaves. To be fair, this behavior would have to be present in all peers with this version.
In any case, I think your test supports our claim that bitcomet is a good client, and in no way has been developed to "not share" the peers fair share.
