Post subject:  curious about R+ and L+ notation

Hope this isn't too stupid a question, but I was curious about the "R+" and "L+" notation (instead of just "R" and "L" for remote and local) describing some of the peers listed in the Advanced window under the "Local/Remote" column. It seems to have shown up just recently. Does this have anything to do with encryption (wild guess)? Btw, I'm using T-0.3.18. Thanks.

Indeed, '+' indicates the connection is encrypted.
