I've noticed recently there's a number of people sitting on torrents with the id

Code:

Unknown [-c-x-w3-4---4ase-]

and other similar things. I seem to get a lot of bad file chunks from these people. And lots of them tend to very quickly make their way to the top of the completion list.
Has anyone any idea what this client they are using is? Is the turning of BT into Kazaa finally starting to happen?
