 Post subject: Cant get green light

Im on 56k (yeah its crap, but I still want atleast 4kbs or so) and use ZA.. Ive given as much access as I can to bittorrent, yet it wont go green or download higher than 1/2kbs.. But my upload is almost always a constant 4/5kbs?

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated..

I mean it´s normal... My friend have 64k and download 2kb/s (max.3).
