life been damn sucks to me when i tried to download anime with freaking high upload 20k to 35 k but then my download speed is around 0 - 20.

can some one help me to solve this problems. i have green light with fire walled disable,i m not using any router. win xp with hurricane 8000 adsl modem. actual speed is 512 kbps. and i have no external firewall software on.

i open my port from 6881 to 6999. using the perp option from the bittorrent.

can someone tell me how to fix this problem. thanks alot.
