hey, i have a cable connection running through usb to a server machine, which is then passing the connection through a 10baseT hub (using sygate home network) to my computer.
my download rate is usually around 3kB/s even when i have 10+ seeds, in advanced settings it's only ever connected to one of them. on some rare occasions i have had it up to 80 kB/s so i was wondering if anyone knew why it is generally so low and how i can increase it?
