My ICF is turned off and I have no router as Im connected to a school's ethernet service

So port forwarding does nothing for me

When I connect, it uses DHCP connection to get an IP addy. This IP addy is different than the one that whatismyip.com gives me so I'm not sure if this is equivalent of having NAT or what. But regardless I cannot get a green connection on any torrents.

Is there any hope?

If your school doesn't let you forward a port to allow you to receive incoming connections, then there is nothing you can do about it.
