OK the only firewall i currently run is the Windows XP integrated firewall. If i do not run it, i get the "your computer will shutdown in 60 seconds" blah blah. OK if i could fix the problem that causes that, then i would disable the firewall... otherwise i need to know how to free that large number of ports that bittornado uses. If anybody could help me i'd appreciate it.

Sheesh, get a virus scanner! You've got other problems than just open ports, to be worrying about!
