what does it mean its only 0.9xx and i see :| does this give any problems 2 dl speed?

Doesnt really affect the speed persay (upload speed effects the speed as long as you dont go more than 80% of the max of the upload).

Though with trackers trying to get rid of people who dont share might ban your IP address from their tracker if you dont share at least 1:1 ratio.
