 Post subject: Yellow Light

I am having problems with my bit torrent downloads.

At the moment i have 19 peers and 7 seeds and i am downloading at 7kbs with a yellow light. I have a cable modem on NtlWorld and am puzzled by why it is going so slow. I have no firewall installed and run windows Me and have not changed any port settings or anything (i dont even know how). I was thinking it could be due to the fact i installed Norton Virus Scanner but have no real clue atall.

any help would be much appreciated, thankyou
