 Post subject: Yellow Light please help

I have just started to use BitTornado and have a yellow light. I have a belkin wireless router that has the following ports forwarded.
Inbound port 6881-6999 and private port 6881-6999 it is enable. I have shut down my firewalls and for some reason still have a yellow light and can not seem to get any fast download speeds. Is there anything else I can do?
