I have got exactly same one, I setup a static IP and then I could forward the ports that I use on bit torrent. It is long winded but easy!!!

Go to Portforward.com

They got everything u need to know!!

This has worked for me so far:

Use the "virtual server" feature of the router to open ports 6881-99 to BT, through the firewall. (If you can't figure out how to do this, use the Belkin tech support chat feature at belkin's official site for help. They're slow, and aren't terribly adept with BT, but they can do this.

Once this is done, change the port range on bittornado to 6881-99 (or whatever range you put into the virtual servers, if you put in a smaller range for some reason).

If Belkin tech support tells you to use the DMZ feature, don't do it. For some reason, the default port range for bittornado is still effectively firewalled even though your status light will go green. When I tried this, my up/download sppeds actually went down a little.

If your ISP is "throttling" those ports, though, this won't work. I'm told SBC DSL is prone to throttle the ports.

on the Vitrtual Servers page in the first thing it reads:

1. Enable (check) Description: BT Inbound Port: 6881-6999 Type: TCP Private IP address 192.168.2.2 (i set that to static on my computer)

then i click apply and it doesnt seem to do anything at all. the button clicks down and up but i dont see any changes or signes that its working on anything when i click it.

all the other buttons seem to work fine..

oh and if i go somewhere else and go back to that page, the fields are all clear.

Try using Internet Explorer. I use Firefox for my main browser but it will not make changes to the router. IE does.
