im still new to BT and i've never had a green light b4. Its always yellow but sometimes i still get over 100k dl. I turned off windows crap firewall and have no other firewall running. I don't know if its normal for me toget dl of like 20k or less on files that r 3+ gigs when theres 800 seeders and about 2000 leechers. Also whenever im dling im always @ cap for uling. I'm on a cable modem so my cap is around 42-45k and its always on cap but my dl is 90% of the time 20k or less. Can some1 write up a step to step proccess on what i should do. Thanks in advance.
