Hi. I've looked through this forums but i'm not quite sure how to get multiple computers to have bit tornado running behind a router. I have a Dlink di 524 router. I set the bit tornado ports from 6881 to 6999, unchecked randomize, and disabled UPnP port forwarding. In my router's config, i went to advanced, applications and enabled private ports for both TCP and UDP from 6881 - 6999. Also i went to the firewall menu in advanced and enabled any WAN IP to any LAN ip for those same ports. However, i'm not getting the green light unless i go into the virtual server menu and forwards the ports to a single computer.

That's correct. You need to forward some ports to each computer. You don't need all the ports open for each computer. I've never had a problem maxing out my download with only 10 ports for each PC.

For example...
6881-6890 -> 192.168.0.100
6891-6900 -> 192.168.0.101
6901-6910 -> 192.168.0.102
6911-6920 -> 192.168.0.103

Don't forget to set BT to the proper range on each PC also.
