BT: Port Range From 6881 to 6889. UPnP is Disabled.
Linksys Network: opened 6881 to 6889 on TCP.

I usually have the windows firewall off, but it's still yellow. I tried turning it on, and adding BT to the list, as well as the ports. Still yellow. It did turn green once, when the firewall was disabled, and UPnP was enabled.

But, all in all, how should I help this?

Do you have your router forwarding the ports to the correct IP address? For some reason, many routers don't allow reserved DHCP (so that each PC gets the same IP address every time). If your PC got a different IP address from the router, the forwarding won't work anymore. UPnP handles port forwarding details automatically so if that made it work, then I'd say you have a problem with your port forwarding somewhere...
