I have tried port forwarding TCP 6881-6999, nothing
I have tried port triggering TCP 6881-6999, nothing
I have tried that test that checks the 6881 to see if it is open and I fail that, but dont know how to fix it

I am running Sygate Personal Firewall Pro and Linksys BEFSR41 router

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I got green now!! I had to turn off the XP firewall, then they were green

You don't need to activate port triggering and port forwarding on the same ports. You should use one or the other.
