helo, i used to always get a green light then i formatted my pc , and now its always yellow, and im not good and don't know many computers terms, so can someone simply tell me how to fix it in noob langauge

you might not have forwarded the ports bt uses properly on your firewall.
(you know what a firewall is, right?)

first go into your firewall settings and there will be an option along the lines of 'port forwarding', 'port access', 'incoming connections' and so on depending on what firewall you have. then you just need to type in the port(s) you want to open. if you dont know what ports bittornado is using go into prefs in bittornado.

what about add port?

also in my BT it says port range 10000-60000
