computer in campus recently changed its lan property, now it using http proxy or sort, and i cant use torrent at all.

anyway, yesterday i checked in network connection, ive saw this internet gateway. here we can add aplication to permit it through the proxy, with port range and all. so i try adding BT, but using port 1970-1971 (dont know why), and still get red light.

any help appreciate, i really pissed off with this sudden change (not to mention all my data gone with reformatting harddisc).
