I have bitornedo installed. I have opened my ports turned off my firewall, but still nothing. It was working before I had to wipe my Hard Drive clean and Start anew. If anyone can help If would be greatly Appreciated. I have a cable connection and before I got sppeds for 50 kbs to 250 kbs and now I get 10-25 kbs. Thanks a lot

Nevermind I fixed it. I didn't see my ip had changed
