i used to have a green light, with zone alarm running and ports of router open, now it's gone for few days, any ideas why?

i did run spy bot 3 times and did check proxy settings.

i fixed mine just right now by checking my ports again. I had forwarded my ports to xxx.xxx.x.101. So i checked my IP and somehow it had change to .102 instead of .101. So i just went back and forwarded my ports to 102 instead and i got green light again. i dont no if this really helps but, just tellin u how i did it.

i did check now, it still the same any other ideas?

i did stop Zonr alarm
i did disable my WinXP firewall
i did run Spybot 3 times and did fix everything
and i did connect my computer directly to internet without my linksys router.

sadly...i still get YELLOW light

please help...

i just did uninstalle zone alarm to make sure, but it is still yellow anyone please help...it's been days and no one replyed here...

i just tried the "connection checker" and it gave me this error:

rejected by tracker - NAT check failed. Check for firewalls or port forwarding

does that mean anything?

Try looking at my thread how i got green light. There is a chanse it will work.

what helped me, i have homeportal 1000 on adsl, two computers is this. It got me a green light. i went to homeportal webpage showing my network and system and firewall, then set computer using bit tornado to DMZmode. this is less secure but i got the green light

i know how to set my router to DMZ but how can i set bit tornado to DMZ mode?

You dont set bit torrent to DMZ mode. If you set the router to DMZ and still get a yellow light then it must just be a shit tracker.
