I turned off Windows Firewall, simple as that. I have got SP2, just went to control panel and turned the Windows firewall off. However, I am still protected from virus', my router has a firewall, and I am also running Norton Anti-virus. From what i've read, its still pretty safe having this firewall off.
I have done the portforwarding for my router, and I am now enjoying speeds of sometimes up to 150 kBs!

I hope this helps some other people get the green, it took me ages to find this!
