Greetings from Monterrey, Mexico.

I have a Cable Conection running up to 128 Kb/s...(Don't laugh at me, here in Mexico that's kinda like a luxury). The yellow light never changes and the download rate is very slow. The only firewall installed on my PC is the Windows Firewall (I have WIN XP Home Edition). The Cable company gave me a Motorola Sufboard modem.

I you could help me, I will thank you forever. Not only for me...there are many people in my city who suffers the same problem...
