if you manually set up your router or don't have one then turn off upnp. |

If you've got the yellow light in BitTornado, and you already have UPnP enabled...obviously it isn't doing any good, so you might as well disable it. Having UPnP enabled just makes BitTornado take longer to start and may make it run a little slower. So it's better to manually set up your router to port-forward and manually set your computer's LAN ip address (which is usually in the 192.168.x.x range)...and things will run faster. |
