Is there anyway you can get seeds over 50? I want to download a game that it takes a short amount of time like 3-4 hours instead of a week. Thanx

Connecting to only seeds is not the brightest thing to do. And you can get more than 50 seeds if the torrent is running hot enough. But don't dote on seeds, often regular ordinary peers will do more for you.

Is there anyway you can get peers over 50? Is there any available software to do that ? Is it possible that you can download a game with 1000mb within two or three hours?

Having many seeds and peers is not the only thing to achieve good download rates. The most important factor is the available bandwith of all peers/seeds and the distribution status of the file.
