Here is a screenshot of what I have. My downloads are still slow as can be, yet my uploads will max out. I have like 5.xxx share rating because of my uploading. I need to download faster than 5b/sec

You have it perfect. Protocol box has TCP - Thats good. Make another one exactly the same but with UDP in the protocol box.. Understand?

Ok, is 192.168.0.100 the LAN ip address of your computer? If not, there's a problem right there -- routing internet traffic (like routing mail) to the wrong place means it never arrives. |
