Program Name: BitTornado
That's the only one I can answer without more information.

You're telling mcafee personal firewall plus what BitTornado uses and needs.

...so what did you set BitTornado to?

Sorry, been busy this weekend.

What I mean is, you have to SET BitTornado to use an ip port range (it might be 10000-10004, it might not be). Go into PREFS in BitTornado to set those values, and DISABLE randomize.

THEN you tell Mcafee Personal Firewall Plus what you set BitTornado to.

After doing that, assuming you don't have a hidden firewall/router in your DSL/Cable modem or another software firewall on your computer (such as the default Win XP firewall)

...Then BitTornado shouldn't be firewalled.

...Though it is possible for your ISP to be firewalling your whole connection.

Simple:

Why not use the 6881 to 6999 range in all 4 of those?
like so:
6881-6999

Actually, that probably won't be enough...but at least it's a start.
Outgoing ports from ranges 1000-4000 are probably needed too -- but the narrow 6881-6999 incoming range should be fine.

So... for outgoing, use:
1000-6999
For INCOMING, use:
6881-6999

Make sense?
