i'm using ports 10000-10006 in Tornado

I forwarded them in D-Link Router settings.

I'm the DMZ host.

What else is there?

Same thing with Limewire...

What's your ISP and state/territory/country?

I'm using the same exact router and the same exact ports also. My upload seems to go verrry slow but my dl speed is ok.This makes me have a ratio below one still even though I leave my torrents open for several days after they dl. My isp is cox cable, in Tucson, AZ. Is it my isp? How can I find out. I thankyou in advance for any insight into this.

I've read a couple messages recently in another BitTorrent-related forum (µTorrent's) that Cox cable is now throttling BitTorrent traffic down to almost nothing.

That's my best guess as to what your problem is.

You can try downloading (for a little while anyway...) an OpenOffice torrent or various superpopular Linux torrent that has immensely many seeds and few peers. If you can't get superfast download speeds on them...your ISP is almost certainly at fault.

Put simply, they don't consider BitTorrent traffic to be part of the internet so they're doing their best to deny you that service.
