I have a voIP router with a wireless router connected to it. My computer gets its connection from the wireless one. How would i do port forwarding on that?? |

You have to configure both. The VoIP router port-forwards to the wireless router. The wireless router port-forwards to your computer. Whatever ip port/s you use in BitTornado are the ip ports that need to be forewarded on both routers, and probably should allow both TCP and UDP for those ip ports. |
