I was using a nortek modem and had green lights all the time. After installing tiscali's "Pirelli" modem I am now unalbe to get yellow light. i have NAV but i am surethat its not the problem... what could it be? |

Your new modem may contain a firewall of its own or even a mini-router! In short, it needs to be configured to NOT block incoming traffic. |
